‘Musical Muse Arts’ is Ajil’s initiative and dream. We hope to provide quality music education where no borders or boundaries are there to separate and limit the scope of musical study. We want to be filled by a community of truly inspiring artists.

“Don’t only practice your art, but force your way into its secrets”
-Ludwig van Beethoven

His Story
Ajil Tomy Sasthamparambil is a Pianist, Teacher and Music Theorist based in Vancouver, Canada. He started playing Guitar when he was 12 and quickly switched to Piano and got interested in Western Classical Music, receiving classical piano training from Trinity College of Music, London.

At 14, he started training under Francis Theodore, who taught him baroque compositional styles such as counterpoint, canon and fugue. By this time, he mastered the Digital Audio Workstation ‘Ableton’ and started experimenting with soundscapes and sonic textures. He found out that he was interested in teaching music by 2017 and started teaching ever since. He says that in his experience, he has found out that different people have different skills and a good teacher with an attentive mind can identify, shape and mold this skill in a student.

He is someone who’s really passionate about music and teaching. When asked about it, he said “I think I’m bad at Guitar, good at the Piano and great at teaching. But it’s no surprise, after all I’m a fourth generation teacher”. He is presently working on the Beethoven Sonatas in hopes to record all 32 of them in the not so distant future.

Other than music, Ajil’s got a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with an Accounting Major and is presently working on an Accounting Diploma. The beach in the summer is his favorite go to destination. He dreams to make Musical Muse the best of all Musical Institutions.
